no kidding - so turns out i've already dog eared that one particular page in which the advice was dispensed to me.

Okay okay - so I'll admit that I was kind of doubting that if it was really stated - and me being me, kinda had to find out. . . . not that I would ever intentionally doubt Crushboy, but yeah - okay, I'm just a dork.
