So - while I was contemplating the fate of my future last week - I came up with an idea to open up a hole in the wall place that sells one of Pip's favorite dishes.
And after having that thought - I was wondering what other type of med-school goaled student draws up a business plan instead of looking to the government for financial cushions??
Eeeh, I'm just weird and tangent-y that way I suppose.
And so tonight, while I was rummaging around what little provisions I have in the old apartment - I came up with the idea to also add "gourmet sloppy joes" to my menu.
I've been in my cooking mood lately, I don't know why. They come and go.
So now all I need is a chef, sous-chef, cook, and a cashier no?? So who wants to finance my mini-dream and manage my mini-project? I'm not sure if having all of my staff work half nekkid would also be a bonus??
(This would probably be a good time to also set up "www.financemyeateryplease.com" ??)
